A K Aire, LLC did an excellent job. My house has never been this warm on days with such low temps outside. We got the job done just in time to stay warm with this cold winter we’re having. I’ve only had great experiences with AK Aire! To begin with, Alan was a gentleman to deal with when I was shopping for HVAC replacement. Kelley is always helpful and extremely courteous. Ralph is the technician who came for service visits and he’s very courteous and knowledgeable. Jessica was very helpful in scheduling my appointment. The only person with whom I’ve had an issue dealing with over the phone was Dawn.

Alan & Kelly were kind helpful and have patiences. Alan came and gave a reasonably estimate for install of boiler and removal of inhouse oil tank. They were considerate of our time. The job was done in the timely manner he stated and left work area as clean as he found the area. We highly recommend AK Aire!!

Dawn and Kelly are fantastic. It’s a pleasure to do business with a company that is up-front on pricing, honest and reputable. Plus, they give back to the local community which is important to me when I choose whom to do business with.

Based on a home inspection recommendation I contacted AK Aire in order to have a HVAC estimate for a repair or replacement on a unit for a house I was purchasing. We had the pleasure of having Kelly conduct the evaluation even though her mom was going through some medical complications. Kelly was thorough, knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and brave to document all the concerns/issues and findings with the existing unit. Prior to Kelly’s evaluation we had another HVAC company evaluate the system and we were provided similar verbal information but the company refused to document anything in writing in fear of being involved in litigation with the seller. Because of Kelly fearless recommendation the seller had to replace the system for us prior to sale. Although we advocated for AK Aire to be used or to give us the credit based on Kelly’s estimate the seller went with their own company. We highly recommend AK Aire for any HVAC issues because in our time of need we were provided accurate and honest information. We will certainly contact them without hesitation to discuss adding an additional unit. Thanks AK Aire and especially Kelly for assisting us in our time of desperation.

Really helpful & great service

I added a second water heater and followed up by having them install a humidity system. The whole team is top notch from installation, service and support.

I found them on HomeAdvisor initially because they had the best reviews out of the pack, and had 60+ verified and perfect reviews. Most of us just want to get great service at a fair price. I liked them out of the gate and honestly didn’t even care about getting competitive quotes. I knew they would take great care of me. They have.

Thanks Kelley, Alan and team. Next off will be a new air conditioning unit next summer. Look forward to it.

Alan B, the owner is a family man. he is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. His wife, Kelly, is equally helpful and friendly. I purchased a full A/C system from them in Spring 16′. There were some problems with install but I have to say, that any problem I had was met with immediate attention. After a few visits, Alan determined the problem personally and fixed it. I have complete confidence in them and recommend AK Aire.

The service I have gotten over the past year with A K Aire has been nothing but exceptional. From scheduling the appointment with the company to the professional service provide by the technicians, A K Aire sets the bar. I had the pleasure of working with Alan on furnace issues, and installing the gas line in my yard and this man treats his customers with respect and gives fair prices with TOP of the LINE work. I highly recommend him for all jobs. Looks like I now have a plumber I can depend on. Good work is hard to find, and AK Aire demonstrates that and goes well beyond.

What a company! I have been using AK AIRE for over three years and honestly have had nothing but exceptional service every time! I found them by doing a home energy audit. The first person who came out tried to screw me over and sell me things I didn’t need. Then Alen came out at around 8pm, due to my crazy work schedule, and gave me an realistic number and told me exactly what I needed to do. I’m a “do it yourselfer “ guy so doing work for me isn’t always easy :), but Alen and the whole company worked around my craziness and did an amazing job! I had AK install a complete system including ducting, AC, oil rank removal, new natural gas boiler, gas lines, air sealing and a new water heater! Amazing! They did an amazing job and my house has never been warmer! I even had Alen out for a service call the other day and he did not hesitate to come out even after 7pm! Seriously why would you use anyone else? Exactly.

Can’t say enough about the quality service this company provides. After installing a new central A/C unit this past summer, I knew I would no longer need to look for another HVAC company.
Fast forward to yesterday when my heat stopped working on a 10 degree day. Called AK Aire at 7:15 am on a Sunday and someone actually answered the phone.
Shelia was very nice and said someone would call me back within the hour.
Kelly ( co-owner) called me back 1/2 hour later and said someone will be there between 10-12am.
Alan ( co-owner) showed up at 10:15, worked his magic for about 20 minutes and my boiler was up and running.
3 1/2 hours between the time I called and the problem resolved ON A SUNDAY !
I would ( and have) recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.

VERY reliable, efficient and professional! Excellent pricing. I always call them to tune up my AC at the beginning of every summer.

Charles made another house call for generator maintenance and once again – it was a Pleasure and a non-stressor (not usually our experience with contractors of any kind).

We have total confidence in Charles and his expertise and professionalism. We trust his skills, knowledge and his hands on skills AND fine tuned hearing to know when/if the generator isn’t sounding exactly has he expects it too and he has VERY high standards!

Excellent service. Alan is a family guy. He and Charles did a very professional job in changing our old air conditioning unit. It was done just in hours. We were so lucky to find them. Because they were very caring we can say there is no better service!
