MAINTAINING THE HEART OF YOUR
HOME HAS NEVER BEEN EASIER
All Maintenance Club Member include the following features:
Seasonal Inspections – Having your system checked regularly enables us to keep your unit running as efficiently as possible, which saves you money on your utility bill month after month. These regular safety checks also enable us to catch problems such as loose or burnt wires, and Freon leaks, before they lead to a larger problem such as motor failure.
Free Priority Service – When you have an emergency, you can rest assured AK AIRE LLC…WILL BE THERE! Our commitment to our Members means we will have a technician to your door within 24 hours of calling our office.
No Service Call Fees or Diagnostic Fees – With most service companies you can expect to pay from $49.00 to well over hundreds for a services call fee and diagnostic fee. Our members do not have this added expense when they have a service problem.
Prolong Equipment Life and Energy Savings – Dirty coils reduce efficiency and cause your unit to work harder, causing parts to wear out faster, and shorten the life expectancy of your unit. Your unit would cost you more month after month on your utility bill if it’s not kept clean. Tests performed by the EPA demonstrate that as little as 1/10th of a centimeter of dirt or dust on a coil could reduce efficiency by 21%. Since the average homeowner’s cooling bill is $250 per month during the summer, a 21% loss in efficiency means you could be wasting up to $52 each month alone. That’s nearly one tank of gas for your car.
Special MemberCare Pricing on Repairs – Our discounted rates save you money. Example of savings: If the cost of a blower motor replacement is $400, you would save $40 on the repair.
Customer Loyalty – Bonus Savings – If and when it’s time for a new energy-efficient unit, earn up to 5% off the installation, in addition to any current coupons being offering by AK AIRE at the time. The average unit today is over $5000 installed, with an additional 5% off, the bonus savings typically pays for the initial cost of the maintenance agreement.
