And – we were BACK – this time for our AC not our generator. We are so appreciative that Charles and his skills are always just a shout out away to fix whatever is broken. He is our reliable, pleasant, dependable, professional, PATIENT and competent “go to”. Trust is the ultimate key for us – and we totally trust Charles and AK Aire to be our “fixer”! Once again, Charles game through and we even got to meet Alan and have the benefit of his expertise – our own dream team makes us feel like VIP SATISFIED customers!
